What if the product is Defective?

Our dispatch team will always check the products before it is Shipped from the warehouse. However if you have received a defective or damaged product from our side, send us images at or whatsapp it to us on 98275 07700. The complaint must be raised within 24-48 hours of the product received.

Once confirmed by our Support Team, a replacement will be provided against the damaged product received.

Please Note:

  • If there is any size discrepancies, the images of the product along with the size measurement should be provided to check with our production team.
  • If you have noticed any damage on the package while receiving it from the courier, kindly specify the damage in the remark while signing. This will help us in claiming the refund from the courier service.


What if the product is lost in transit?

We will Reship the product with no extra charges.
